We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team in Bishop, CA. This role is central to the daily operations of our distribution office—supporting drivers, managing administrative tasks, and keeping things running smoothly from morning load-out to end-of-day close.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle general office correspondence in a professional manner.
• Maintain office organization, filing systems, and supply inventory.
• Manage and coordinate daily driver loads, ensuring routes and orders are accurately prepared and dispatched.
• Purchase product as needed, coordinating with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Print pick lists and invoices for daily delivery operations.
• Perform end-of-day close procedures, reconciling daily transactions and reports.
• Collect and process accounts receivable (AR), following up with customers on outstanding balances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in an office, administrative, or distribution/logistics environment preferred.
• Familiarity with invoicing, order management, or basic accounting concepts a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); QuickBooks experience a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
